Shipping policy
Christmas 2023
Our factory and office will be closing over the Christmas period.
The last date we can accept online orders is Tuesday 19th December 2023.
These orders will be shipped on Wednesday 20th December 2023 on a Next Working Day service.
(Please be aware there is no guarantee of pre-Christmas delivery due to high volumes of parcels being handled by the courier at this time of year).
No further orders will be processed until we re-open on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.

We will aim to despatch orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment, however this may increase by a day or two during busy periods.
All orders are shipped by courier on a Next Working Day service.
Orders placed via our online shop can only be shipped to a UK mainland address.

Delivery charges to UK mainland are calculated on the total weight of goods sent:
Band A – 1000 to 4000 bags = £8.50 + V.A.T.
Band B – 5,000 to 10,000 bags = £10.00 + V.A.T.
Band C – 11,000 to 19,000 bags = £12.00 + V.A.T.
Band D – 20,000 to 25,000 bags = £14.00 + V.A.T.
Delivery is Free of Charge for orders reaching £350 net.
