Refund policy

If you place an order via our website for any standard stock bag sizes and you find they are not suitable, you may return them to us in their original condition within 28 days.

Badger Converters Limited will not be liable for any costs incurred in returning goods, (unless they are faulty) therefor it is important you get proof of postage when shipping them back to us.

Upon receipt of goods in original condition, we will discuss offering a refund for the cost of the goods only, or offering replacements of a different sized product if required.

In the event that you receive faulty goods, please notify us within 5 days of receipt, detailing what is wrong with the product. A collection followed by a refund or replacements will then be arranged at our discretion. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days to action.
