The 8 sizes of Polypropylene film bags which we sell online are industry standard dimensions.

Should you require a bag size which we do not list online, please contact us on sales@badgerconverters.co.uk or 01206 396209 so we can provide you with an individual quotation for bespoke production.

Please follow our useful guide to help chose which bag size you will need to fit your card and envelope.

Please note: With all bag sizes there can be up to a +2mm tolerance.

To hold 1 card (A6 -102 x 148mm) and 1 envelope (C6 – 114 x 162mm)

Use bag size 120 x 162 + 26mm

 

To hold 1 card (5 x 7) and 1 envelope (133 x 184mm)

Use bag size 137 x 184 + 30mm

 

To hold 1 card (150 x 150mm) and 1 envelope (155 x 155mm)

Use bag size 159 x 155 + 26mm

 

To hold 1 card (125 x 125mm) and 1 envelope (130 x 130mm)

Use bag size 135 x 130 + 30mm

 

To hold 1 card (120 x 170mm ) and 1 envelope (125 x 175mm)

Use bag size 129 x 175 + 26mm
